Kuwait-Mubasher: Tijara and Real Estate Investment posted a 37.4% decline in its second-quarter profits, according to a bourse statement.

Profits reached KWD 251,390 ($831,070) in Q2-16, compared to KWD 401,730 ($1.33 million) in Q2-15.

The bank generated KWD 280,360 worth of profits in the first half of 2016, a decline of 41.3% from KWD 477,860 in the same period a year earlier.

The bank’s stock stabilised at 39 fils after trading 7,700 shares, with a turnover of KWD 296,000.
